The city in one picture.
Solar on public roofs, heat planning, a site for an investor, a question in the council: whatever is up for decision has a place. SovAtlas shows buildings, roofs, sun and sites in 3D, in the browser and without installation.

The film shows a city's roofs by solar suitability, sun and shadow over the buildings, the building stock in 3D, a business park with standard land value zones and an approach in which aerial imagery, 3D buildings, drone geo-zones and solar suitability come together one after another.
- Which roofs can carry solar? Solar suitability per building
- Sun and shadow. At any hour of the year
- The building stock in 3D. Buildings with height and use
- A site for the investor. Standard land value zones
- Everything in one map. Aerial, buildings, geo-zones, solar
Trailer, 32 seconds: solar roofs, sun and shadow, the building stock in 3D, a business park with standard land value zones and several layers in one map. All footage taken from the product.
Plan, involve, attract.
Urban planning, climate protection, economic development and council talk about the same city. One picture makes the question the same for everyone.

The council asks: which roofs can carry solar?

Roofs are coloured by their suitability for solar power, based on pitch and orientation in the 3D building model. A click on a building shows suitability, roof pitch, orientation and the estimated annual yield.
Public roofs, schools and halls with good suitability are clear at a glance, for the council decision and for the conversation with the municipal utility and community energy groups.

- Roof pitch and orientation on click
- A list of municipal roofs by suitability
- A public solar roof map for your residents
How much sun does the square get in March at 5 pm?

The buildings' shadows at any time of day, from a winter morning to a summer evening, with the sun position of the chosen date.
For squares, playgrounds, new buildings and solar installations: where the sun is and where the shadow falls, before anything is built.
- Sun position and shadow by date and hour
